Who is behind it
Andrew Ellzey
Iām Andrew Ellzey, a Covington resident and co-founder of Lemon Tree Recycling.
Years of working directly with people throughout St. Tammany made questions about land, infrastructure, waste, distance and local capacity difficult for me to treat as abstractions. This is where many of the larger questions became concrete, but it is not where they end.
OverDevelopment is one branch of my broader work: a place to follow those questions through observation, investigation, practical experiments, satire and projects. It is an authored inquiry, not an organization speaking from a finished doctrine.
Transparency: This project is still taking shape. Proposals, partnerships and pilot sites described here should be understood as work in progress unless specifically marked as confirmed.
